Chinese couple was arrested in suspicion of selling fake Louis Vuitton

A Chinese couple have been arrested by the Niigata prefectural police May 14, because they had sold cell phone cases of fake Louis Vuitton.  The two arrested persons have been selling the fake goods from a few years ago at least.

 

The arrested persons persons against Trademark Law are a Chinese nationality man, senior partner of Limited Liability Company of Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, and his wife.  According to the police, the two persons are suspected to sell  the two fake cell phone cases of French brand "Louis Vuitton multi" to two women of Kamo and Yamagata Prefecture.

 

Then it was found that the two persons had been staying in Japan for eight years, and had continued to sell for several years at least. They have sold across the country in the mail order site of the Internet.  The sales was about 680 goods and 1.7 million yen per month.  They each admitted the suspicion.

 

Also, It was found out that they had sold the brand-printed bags and wallets.  The police are pursuing further offenses and motive.
