By when can we respond to a Notification of Provisional Refusal?

Holders can respond to a Notification of Provisional Refusal within three months from the date of pronouncement.

However, the deadline is NOT indicated in the notification anywhere.  We have to calculate the date by ourselves.

Thus, please refer to a bottom of Page 1.  The date of pronouncement is indicated with an underline.  Holders calculate to add three month to the date.
