What are documents required to respond to the JPO?
When a Japanese representative responds to a notification, the JPO require a Power of Attorney.
The Power of Attorney is not required notarization.
However, the JPO requires an original signed Power of Attorney. The JPO does not accept a copy or PDF of the document is not acceptable.
