How to respond to
a “Notification of Provisional Refusal”
issued by the JPO under the Madrid System
Second Part of the Individual Fee
WIPO transmutes holders a “Notification of Second Part of Individual Fee” along with the “Statement of Grant of Protection” for the payment of the second part of the individual fee.
The holders need to pay the second part of the individual fee within the period indicated in the “Notification of Second Part of Individual Fee”.
Please note that if the holders do not pay within the period, the International Registration regarding Japan shall be cancelled.
