Police Office has decided to send paper to prosecutors because a woman had sold fake branded goods on internet. The woman who is suspected to violate Trademark Law is 30 years old woman living in Nonoishi-shi.
The Police Office said that the woman had sold cell phone cases branded fake "Louis Vuitton" on free-market site on internet from September 2013 to November. Other about 170 fake brand-name goods has been seized from her house.
She has stated, "I wanted to get cost of living. I have bought the goods from websites in China on internet."
