How to respond to
a “Notification of Provisional Refusal”
issued by the JPO under the Madrid System
The Hyogo Prefecture Police arrested a president of goods company (51) and his staff (27) infringing against Trademark Law on May 28, 2014.
The suspicion of the arrest is that they had been stocking 84 smart phones cases and seals of fake "Luis Vuitton" for selling at their shops.
The cases were sold at JPY 1,500 per one, the seals were sold at JPY 1,000 per three.
The Police has seized 2,000 fake cases and seals, and been searching the route of purchase.
