Three men who had run outcall service shops were arrested.

Nagano Prefectural Police arrested three men who had run outcall service shops on June 11, 2014.

The suspicion is that they violated Unfair Competition Prevention Act by indicating fake trademark which imitates family restaurant's trademark "Denny's".

The arrest warrant is that they made trademark of outcall service shops, "Deliy's", as to imitate "Denny's" and indicated on internet website.

Nagano Prefectural Police said that the suspect had mainly developed the shops in Nagano Prefecture.

It was exposed by inquiry of Seven & I food systems.
