A Korean woman has been arrested by possessing fake brand-name products for selling in Tsuruhashi, Osaka. The woman is suspected to be a member of a group for selling fake brand-name products. She is the eighth person who was arrested.
The Korean woman (58), who has been arrested by suspicion of trademark law violation, is suspected to be possessing wallets of fake Louis Vuitton at shop in Ikunoku. From the shop, totally 34 fake brand-name products has been seized. She said "I know that the act is illegal" and admitted the suspect.
She has hide fake brand-name products at a shelf in the back of the shop. The 7 Korean men belonging to the same group had already been arrested.
The Police is searching other storages and purchase routes and finding out the actual status of the fake branded selling group.
