Company president was accused in Tottori by suspicion of smuggling Fake brand from China

Kobe Customs published that they had accused Keiji KOYAMA (42), who is a president of a trading company, to Tottori District Public Prosecutors Office July 4, 2014.

 

The suspicion is that he smuggled fake brand goods from China.  Namely, he has imported 158 cell phone cases and wallets looking like American brand "MARC BY MARC JACOBS" from China by air cargo at 73 times from December 2013 to June 2014.

 

Tottori Prefecture Police arrested and prosecuted him in trademark law violations that he had sold smuggled goods on internet.
