Disciplinary action to a leading private Selling imitation to colleagues

Ground Self-Defense Force fifth brigade (Obihiro, Hokkaido) dismissed a leading private from fifth defense artillery by disciplinary action on suspicion of selling fake brand goods to his colleagues on September 9.  He was already indicted on charges of fraud and trademark law violation

Force fifth brigade said that the leading private has sold fake branded goods to some colleagues under the pretext of genuine from December last year to February this year.
