Osaka prefectural police arrested 6 persons including the president of mail order company in Osaka, “Sunyell”, on suspicion of violating Trademark Act on October 22, 2014. They were holding fake brand-name goods for selling.
The attested suspect is holding the polo shirt that resembles the popular brand “Ralph Lauren”. Osaka prefectural police appraised it as imitation with difference of the sawing of tag at the collar.
Osaka prefectural police raided the company and seized 544 fake brand-name goods of Ralph Lauren such as T-shirts and bathing suits.
The suspect said that we sold JPY 1,000,000 per month with Imitation of Ralph Lauren on the Internet.
