How to respond to
a “Notification of Provisional Refusal”
issued by the JPO under the Madrid System
In Japan, we can file Trademark applications for New Type Trademarks from April 1, 2015. And the Trademark Examination Guidelines was published. So I am going to consider it.
In addition to “Color trademark” and “Sound trademark” which were accepted at first, “Moving trademark”, “Hologram trademark” and “Position trademark” were added.
I am going to explain each tredemark at next time.
