How to respond to
a “Notification of Provisional Refusal”

In Japan, we have been able to file Trademark applications for New Type Trademarks from April
1, 2015. And the Trademark Examination Guidelines was published. So I am considering it.
The right figure is an example that is accepted as Motion Trademark.
In this figure, since the motion of the figure which is trademark is able to be identified with a broken-line, it is accepted as Motion Trademark.
However, there are no changes of the Trademark itself, so the figures having moving feathers are out of the scope of the rights.
